24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is available at no additional cost, subject to availability.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
